LPEA worked on one of the most prestigious commercial buildings in London to deliver our sustainability services. The project began in December 2024 and involved the completion of an office refurbishment designed to meet existing sustainability, energy efficiency, and performance goals, all while aligning with the needs of the building’s tenants and owners.

LPEA completed the comprehensive refurbishment of a traditional barn unit, transforming it into a highly sustainable, architecturally refined high-end residence. The outcome included an EPC A rating and running costs of less than £200 per year, achieved through an exceptionally efficient building fabric, a large solar array with battery storage, a heat pump hot water system, and whole-house ventilation with heat recovery.

LPEA carried out several innovative, sustainable specialisms for a large office refurbishment, in Central London. The client demanded exceptional sustainable standards, which ensured a SKA Gold Rating, NABERS 4.5-star proposal and low WLC measures. This includes 95% recycled content from site activities, to obtain the highest level of sustainable and future proofed certifications and standards.
