Introducing Paul Pasifull, our Operations Director at LP Energy. After his many years at LP, we decided to sit down with him to learn more about what he enjoys doing in his spare time, as well as his experiences and journey at LP so far.
▪️ As Operations Director, what’s the most rewarding part of your role?
“I enjoy being part of a strong team. It’s especially rewarding when our clients come back to us time and time again.”
▪️ Where do you see LP Energy and yourself in five years?
“I see LP Energy expanding and doubling in size, while creating more opportunities through our services. Personally, I hope to spend six weeks of summer in Barbados!”
▪️ What do you think makes your team work so well together?
“Teamwork is the key. We all understand our roles and collaborate effectively through regular meetings and open communication.”
▪️ What do you enjoy doing when you’re not at work?
“I enjoy going to the gym, practicing Judo, and playing Snooker. My favourite thing, though, is going camping with my family in our campervan, BERT. Being out in the wilderness makes it really easy to switch off and relax.”
▪️ If you could give one piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?
“Buy a lottery ticket with the winning numbers! I’d also tell myself not to wait until 35 to get into energy and sustainability.”
▪️ If you could see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?
“It would have to be Jurassic Park”
▪️ If you could have an unlimited supply of one thing, what would it be?
“Time”

“Paying Tax”
