We’re pleased to announce the successful completion of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) testing at New Street Square, London, supporting BREEAM Excellent certification for a recently completed fit-out project.
LP Energy carried out out-of-hours indoor air quality testing across three floors of the building, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations. The post‑fit‑out assessment included the measurement and verification of indoor air quality to confirm that emissions from construction materials, finishes, furnishings, and building services met the required limits prior to occupation.
During the testing process, elevated VOC levels were identified within one area of the building. This was promptly resolved through targeted ventilation purging, successfully restoring air quality to compliant levels.
