With over 15 years of experience in design and consultancy, Lee specializes in practical, sustainable solutions for all building types, including listed and heritage properties. After earning a degree in architecture, Lee transitioned to energy and sustainability, gaining extensive experience across domestic, educational, commercial, and industrial sectors.
With over 12 years in building services, Lee has a deep understanding of building performance and has developed innovative energy strategies for numerous London Estates and heritage projects.

Paul joined LP Energy Associates in 2022 as a joint partner, bringing his range of residential and commercial expertise to the company. Having worked for a long-standing MEP consultant, Paul gained a wealth of knowledge, before moving to a large developer. Pauls works focused on large residential schemes, carrying out SAP compliance, overheating, thermal bridging, SBEM compliance and day to day energy consulting, before becoming a partner at LP Energy. Paul is the main liaison for a number of valued clients, including large London estates, large developers and asset managers.
